Hello ASC Member, I am pleased to introduce myself. I am Dr. Amanda Leiss, the new webmaster and newest board member. I am very excited to take on a larger role in this society. I took my first archaeology class at Trumbull High School and have been happily in pursuit of all things in the dirt since! Please feel free to reach out with any news, events, or ideas you’d like to see posted on the website, and I’m happy to update and add content. Archaeology in Connecticut Series

Prior to his passing, State Archaeologist Dr. Jones, prepared a series of 17 monthly panel discussions on "Archaeology in Connecticut", to be broadcast on internet radio station iCRV. These would include a number of Connecticut archaeologists, whose expertise would enhance the discussions.

While Brian led 4 of these discussion sessions, since his untimely passing the discussions have continued without him.
